We are on longer able to accommodate pick-ups as our new fulfillment center is located a bit outside of the city, so your order will be fulfilled and shipped from there. After shipment, it usually takes no longer than 2 business days to arrive to you!

Turkish T does not ship directly outside of the United States. However, we are able to ship to customer-provided U.S. freight forwarders for international orders - primarily for our wholesale partners.

We ship all orders from Nashville, TN (USA), and international shipping rates can be very costly for small retail packages. Because of this, we do not ship directly outside of the United States.

If you plan to ship overseas, we recommend using a U.S.–based freight forwarder. Once you provide the forwarder’s address, we are happy to ship your order to them, and they can handle the international portion of the shipment for you.

For standard, in-stock orders, our warehouse team strives to ship your purchase within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

UPS Ground shipments typically arrive within about one week, depending on your location.

If you need your order sooner, we offer UPS Standard Overnight for next-business-day delivery on orders placed by 12pm CST (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship out the following week.

Possible Shipping Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders, but please note that shipping estimates are provided by UPS. On rare occasions, packages may arrive outside the estimated timeframe due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the merchandise in your cart. As closely as possible, the rates that we charge for shipping and handling at checkout are an accurate reflection of the rates that we incur from our shipping partners to safely package and deliver your order, and to ensure that it meets the highest expectations. Please include the original packing slip and/or your order number in the box!

If the item is not in stock, an inventory status and expected ship date will appear as a message in the shopping cart. Occasionally, we find that an in-stock item is damaged or defective when we fill an order – and that getting a replacement for you results in your item becoming temporarily unavailable. If this should occur, we will strive to fulfill your order promptly; we'll also notify you immediately. This delay will not incur further charges.

If an item is on backorder you will see a backorder message in your shopping cart with the expected in-stock date. Occasionally, if we have had unexpectedly high demand for an item, we may sell out before the backorder message displays. If this is the case, you will be notified via email as to the status of that particular item.

Please allow 7 business days for our fulfillment center to process your return. From there, it will take 2-3 business days for the refund to show back up in your account. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
