Shipping Information

We ship all orders via UPS.

Standard Shipping

  • For in-stock items, orders typically ship within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Standard Ground orders are usually delivered within one week depending on destination.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Rush Delivery (Overnight)

  • At checkout, selecting Standard Overnight will expedite in-stock orders.

  • Orders placed by 12pm CST (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day for next-business-day delivery.

  • Alaska & Hawaii may require 2 business days for delivery.

  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

  • Please note: Turkish T is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

Overview

Turkish T does not ship directly outside of the United States.
However, we happily ship to customer-provided U.S.–based freight forwarders for both retail and wholesale international orders.

Freight Forwarder Requirements

  • Turkish T does not provide or arrange freight forwarders.

  • Customers must secure their own U.S. freight forwarder and provide the forwarder’s shipping address.

  • Once delivered to the forwarder, the shipment becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Retail Customers

Retail customers are also welcome to use their own freight forwarder.
If you already have a U.S. freight forwarder arranged, simply email us - we will ship your order to the address you provide.

Important

Turkish T’s responsibility ends once the package is successfully delivered to your designated freight forwarder. All international shipping, fees, duties, and delivery timelines are managed by the forwarder and are the customer’s responsibility.

Country Restrictions

All freight-forwarded shipments must comply with U.S. export regulations.
Forwarders may not ship Turkish T products to restricted or sanctioned destinations.
If you are unsure about a country’s eligibility, please reach out for guidance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: Turkish T’s responsibility ends once the package is successfully delivered to your designated freight forwarder. All international shipping, fees, duties, and delivery timelines are managed by the forwarder and are the customer’s responsibility.

Once delivered to your freight forwarder:

  • All duties, taxes, customs fees, and international shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs policies vary by country - please consult your local customs office.

  • Providing a valid phone number ensures customs can reach you.

  • Most carriers only hold international shipments for 5 days before returning them to sender.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs for orders refused at customs.

Pre-Orders

When placing a pre-order, your item is reserved and your card is charged at checkout.
We will ship your order as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
Delivery dates are estimates provided by our manufacturer in Turkey and cannot be guaranteed.
If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

Custom & Special Orders

We frequently work with hotels, spas, weddings, and events to create custom designs, personalized pieces, and bulk orders.
For inquiries, please email shop@turkish-t.com, and our special order contact will follow up with you.

Care Instructions

Most towels, resort wear, and linens are machine-washable.
We recommend:

  • Cold wash

  • Hang dry or tumble dry low

Because many of our products are hand-dyed, we suggest washing before use.
A quick press with an iron can refresh your linens beautifully.

Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
A 9.25% sales tax applies to Tennessee residents.
Prices, availability, and delivery rates are subject to change.

While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur in pricing, product descriptions, or images.
Turkish T reserves the right to correct such errors and restrict orders if necessary.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.
We collect only the information needed to process your order, and your data is securely encrypted.
We never sell or share your information with third parties.
If you join our mailing list, you’ll only receive occasional product updates or special promotions.
