Products from www.turkish-t.com are packed with great care and shipped via FedEx. We ship within 24 hours of receiving your order (with the exception of orders placed on Saturday or Sunday) and will let you know immediately if something is out of stock. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our #1 Goal at Turkish-T.

If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Simply send your items to the following address:

Please be sure to include your order number and refund or exchange request in the box. Return orders over 14 days are available for store credit or exchange only. Please note that shipping and handling is non-refundable on returns.

Please be aware that Turkish-T's are hand loomed, meaning occasional variances in color-way might occur along with loom inconsistencies. This is normal and to be expected with hand-loomed products. If you feel the product is damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a return.

We will not accept items that have been worn or washed for a return. Private label and clearance products cannot be returned.

Please also note that unless we have made a mistake, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and will not be reimbursed.

Gift Wrapping
The adorable designs and reasonable price point of our products make for wonderful gifts. We have Standard gift wrapping available online for only $1.00 and Deluxe gift wrapping is available for $5.00. If you have special requests, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Washing Instructions
The Turkish-T is machine washable on cold water and can be dried on low heat. Please expect a small amount of shrinkage as the product is hand-loomed. It is best to allow the Turkish-T to air dry or use low heat. The Ann More products are dry clean only.

Custom Designs
We have the ability to create a custom design for your specific needs. Often we are approached with color requests for hotels, spas, weddings and are happy to accommodate. Please contact us as soon as possible with these requests as the lead time can be between 3-5 weeks.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped within Tennessee are charged a 9.25% sales tax.
